Show Utah Valley Symphony and conductor announce season : t " f I playing Beethoven's "Emperor Concerto" in an all-Beethoven evening. Dec. 4, the annual Christmas concert with its traditional carol singing, Hallelujah Chorus singing j and cello soloist Julie Bevan Zumsteg playing Saint Saens' "Cello Concerto No. 1." v Jan. 22, Young Artists Concert with soloists yet to be chosen by auditons. March 12, "A Night in Vienna," with Gerhard and Micaela Track. April 16, the "Pops" concert including Utah's popular composer and singer, Marvin Payne, as part of the evening. Dr. Ralph G. Laycock will be conductor and musical director for his eighth season. Under his continuing con-tinuing direction the symphony has grown in stature each year and 1985-86 promises to be an outstanding out-standing season.
