Self-esteem is what People think about themselves -'leir evaluations of themselves, people with high self-esteem generally feel that they are lovable and competent. They feel they have something to offer others. People h low self-esteem have little confidence. They frequently have eeiings of worthlessness and inadequacy. They feel they cannot wnge.
