Show Headstart program signs lease with Recreation Dept. By MARCELLA WALKER pleasant Grove City Recreation has signed a lease agreement with Mountainland Head Start, according ' to City Councilman Dr. David Dickerson. ' Councilman Dickerson said that the Head Start, program has been using the Recreation Building at the Rodeo Grounds, commonly known ' as the Jaycee Building, for a year or so. This year a lease agreement was drawn up for the use of the facility. The councilman also noted that there was some trouble again with the new floor at the Community Center. He said a dealer in Salt Lake City had agreed to repair the floor. The city will also allow others to view the floor who might be interested in-terested in installing a similar floor. Dr. Dickerson said that the Recreation Department had received an inquiry from Brigham Young University about using the Pleasant Grove Softball fields.
