Councilman Dickerson said that the Head Start, program has been using the Recreation Building at the Rodeo Grounds, commonly known ' as the Jaycee Building, for a year or so. This year a lease agreement was drawn up for the use of the facility. The councilman also noted that there was some trouble again with the new floor at the Community Center. He said a dealer in Salt Lake City had agreed to repair the floor. The city will also allow others to view the floor who might be in-terested in installing a similar floor. Dr. Dickerson said that the Recreation Department had received an inquiry from Brigham Young University about using the Pleasant Grove Softball fields. They were interested in leasing the fields in the spring for tour-naments. They were impressed with the fields when they were used last year after a tournament was rained out in Salt Lake City.
