Show " Thursday, 0ctober 1 , An Ordinance An Ordinance amending Chapter 1, Section of the Revised Ordinances of American Fork City 1970, as amended, an-nexing certain properties to American Fork City and establishing zoning classification for said property. Be it ordained by the City Council of American Fork City, Utah: SECTION I. That the following described real property be, and the same is hereby annexed to American Fork City, Utah, the corporate limits of said city are hereby extended to include said described property, and said property is hereby declared to be part of American Fork City and shall henceforth be subject to all of the ordinances and regulations thereof, and that the description of the boundaries of American Fork City as set forth in Section of Chapter 1 of the Revised Ordinances be amended to include the following described property t: Annexation Ordinance No. Greg Hadlock annexation Commencing North 1308.83 feet, and East 1420.31 feet for the Southwest Corner, Section 23, T5S, RlE, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; thence as follows: East 221.07 feet along fence line; thence South 50 deg. 42'28" East 61.12 feet along fence line on East line of Storrs Lane; thence South 39 deg. 17'32" West 140.00 feet; thence North 50 deg. 42'28" West 232.21 feet to the point of beginning. Total area: 0.47 acres. (518 South Storrs Avenue ) . SECTION II. That the territory annexed under Section I above, is hereby classified into theRl-900- 0 zone. SECTION III.
