Show ; l. v Notice To Water Users The following application ap-plication has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Utah County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. A-12378 (55-721) Town of Cedar Hills, Box 536, Cedar Hills, UT proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 3.63 sec. ft. or 858 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Seg. Appl. 26437-a, and as amended by Ch.Appl. a-10139. a-10139. The water has been diverted from two, 16-inch wells, 100-700 ft. deep, at the following points: 1) N. 1200 ft. W. 2400 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 8; 2) S. 75 ft. E. 2500 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 6; bothT5S,R2E; and used for municipal purposes within the corporate limits of Cedar Hills. ; ; Hereafter, 3.63 sec. ft. or 858 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from same as heretofore; and 'to from five wells as Mows: 1) a 20-inch well, 500 ft. deep, at a point N. 31 ft. E. 1492 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 1 ; 2) a 20-inch well, 580 ft. deep, at a point N. 1677 ft. W.2151 ft. from S4 Cor. Sec. 13; 3) a 20-inch well, 902 ft. deep, at a point N. 130 ft. E. 1684 ft. from WV4 Cor. Sec. 14; 4) a 16-inch well, 350 ft. deep, at a point S. 1561 ft. W. 971 ft. from EV4 Cor. Sec. 14; all T5S, R1E (Cedar Hills & American Fork); and used for municipal purposes within the corporate limits of Cedar Hills and American Fork. Protests resisting the granting of this application ap-plication with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W.
