Show Funeral Services Held Monday for Loyd N. Fillmore Funeral services for Loyd N. Fillmore, 54, Pleasant Grove, who died on Nov. 24, 1977, at his home, were held Monday, Nov. 28, at 1 p.m. in the Olpin Family Mortuary Chapel. Bishop Raymond Bastian of the Pleasant Grove Sixth Ward was in charge. Speaker at the services was Iowa Hall, and Bishop Bastian also gave remarks. Dee Newman gave a life sketch, and John Linebaugh gave the 23rd Psalm. Prayers were given by Melwood Wall, Jay Mac-farlane Mac-farlane and Rulon Adams, and the grave in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery was dedicated by LaMar Sykes. Musical numbers were given by Dr. Doyle Barrett and Norman E. Wright, ac companied by Ann Fisher. Pallbearers were John, Glen, James, and Ray Fillmore, Melwood Wall and Mark Nielsen. Loyd N. Fillmore was born Feb. 5, 1923 in Francis, Summit Sum-mit County, to Loran W. and Julia Elizabeth Zufelt Fillmore. He married Ruth Naomia Snow, June 30, 1947 in Salt Lake City. He was a member of the LDS Church. Loyd attended Pleasant Grove schools and was a retired employee of Geneva Steel Co. Survivors include his widow, two sons and two daughters, John Charles and James Ray, both of Pleasant Grove; Mrs. Mario (Ruth) Domiguez, Lehi; Mrs. Elaine Bainter, Baker, Ore.; 10 grandchildren; gran-dchildren; three brothers and one sister, |
