Show World of Bible Travel Tour Offers Trip in December John and Elna Fugal and Robert and Adonna Patch will will be directors on the Brig-ham Brig-ham Young Universtiy December Decem-ber World of the Bible Travel Study Tour. They invite all interested in-terested residents to the open house, next Wednesday, Nov. 6, 7:30 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove LDS Seminary. The tour will depart on Dec. 26 from Salt Lake City on a private chartered jetliner and go to Rome and the discovery of the Holy Land. Rome will be visited on Dec. 27 and 28, with the Vatican City, St. Peter's, the Vatican Museum and Gallery, Raphael's (Continued on page 5) Carmel to Haifa and south to Caesarea, Tel Aviv and Jaffa. Back to Rome on Jan. 4 to 6, the tour will see the ancient an-cient Rome, including the Forum, Coosseum, the Catacombs Cata-combs and Appian Way, plus the modern sights of Rome. The tour will return to Salt Lake City on Jan. 7. Trip to Jerusalem (Continued from page 1) rooms, the Sistine Chapel, and Pincio Garden being highlights. Jerusalem will be visited on Dec. 28 to 31. The sojourn in Jerusalem will transport you back in biblical history and you will walk through the same streets that have existed for centuries. In the old city of Jerusalem the walking tour includes the Wailing Wall, the Dome of the Rock, where the temples of Solomon and Herod stood. Outside Out-side the city are the Mount of Olives, the Garden of Geth-semane, Geth-semane, and David's Tomb. A quiet afternoon in the Garden Tomb will climax the visit to the Holy City. A short trip will be taken to Bethlehem. Back in Jerusalem the old and new will be compared as the tour explores West Jerusalem Jeru-salem where the Knesset (Parliament) (Par-liament) crowns the hill, by the museum with the Shrine of the Book and by a model of ancient an-cient Jerusalem. A one day excursion into the Judean wilderness, will be followed by a trip to Galilee Jan. 1 and 2.
