Show NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 8, 1980 at 7:30pm in the; Park City High School. The purpose of the meeting is to consider items s follows: 1. Final Presentation -Parley's Park Land Use CorHdor Study. Recommendations Recommenda-tions for land use along major transportation corridors in Parley's Park area. Presentation Present-ation by Keith Snarr, Consultant, Consult-ant, The Environmental Management Man-agement Planning Organization. Organiza-tion. ..' 2. John Lambert - West Kamas Property. Proposed to classify approx. 240 acres in Sections 13 and 24, T2S, R5E (approx. 22 miles W. of Kamas) as "Medium. Density Residential," allowing Vi acre minimum homesites. Current classification is ''Agriculture -Forest and Range! " 3. James Webster - Hiute Investment Company, Kimball's Kim-ball's Junction Property. Proposed Pro-posed to classify as "Commercial" "Com-mercial" and "Highway Service Ser-vice Commercial" approx. 60 acres located in NWVi Sec. 19, T2S, R4E and approx. 80 acres to allow' "High Density Residential " located in S W Vi Sec: 19VT2S, R4E. Additionally, Additional-ly, approx. 250 acres in EVi Sec, 24, T2S, R3E proposed for "low" and "Medium" Density Residential development develop-ment ( Vi to 1 acre minimum). 4. Ed Klarich, Robert Fowler - Property near Toll-gate Toll-gate Canyon.
