's office located in Marsac Elementary School from 3:00 to 5:00pm. These clinics -are available to the public. The Summit County Health Dept. encourages those students receiving immunization notifications to take advantage of these clinics. The immunizations offered include DPT (diphtheria, pertussi, tetanus), Td (tetanus, diphtheria), MR (measles, rubella) arid MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) and Polio. All immunizations are free of charge ' with j the: exception of mumps. Memorial, Building from 9:30 to 10:30pm. The clinic is designed to meet the needs of children from birth to school entry. Children who are ill should not attend the clinic but see a private physician, so as not to expose other children to the illness. Those children with special problems, and those who have been contacted by the, Public Health Nurse, should attend the clinic. An annual clinic visit is also recommended. Well Child Clinic services include health history, height and weight measurement and comparisons of these with expected, growth curves, v tuberculosis skin testing, immunizations, guidance regarding child rearing, health record keeping, complete physical examination, and referrals to appropriate social and health agencies. There is a $1 .00 fee for each child seen. Mark your calendars ladies! county logo contest The Summit County Commission announces a special design competition to be held for the purpose of selecting a logo for the County. While the logo will be initially used to identify County equipment and vehicles it could ultimately be used on such items as stationary, etc. It is suggested that many designs could be inspired by the history, people, natural resources, andor industries of Summit County. Certainly the County is unique and it is hoped that the winning design will help express some of these qualities. The competition is open to any resident of the County. A cash prize of $25.00 will be awarded for the best entry. Entries should be original work, submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, Coalville, Utah 84017, by March 21 v 1980. two vacancies on commission i The Park City Planning Commission has two positions open to appointment by City Council. Persons interested in serving on the Planning Commission are encouraged to submit a resume and brief statement of why they would like to assume this responsibility to Mayor John C. Green.
