NOTICE ' The' Board of Adjustments" has been asked to meet to consider a variance of a front yard setback requirement in the Residential Development j Medium Density (RDM) District Dis-trict of the Park City Land Management Code, .tyesterji nviro-Systems Inc. ; J The 'applicant owns Lot 98, j 'Pfbspectof Park;' Phase II -located on Wyatt Earp Way. The Board of Adjustment has, therefore, been asked to consider the variance request. . The request comes under the authority of the Board as described in 10-9-12 and 10-9-1 4 of the Utah Code Annotated 1953, and also as described in Chapter, XIII of the Park City Land Management Code. The request will be considered consid-ered by the Board of Adjustment Adjust-ment on Tuesday, April 1 ,! 1980 at 7:30pm in the Planning Office in the basement base-ment of the Memorial Building- ; . .
