Show The annual 4-H Leaders' Banquet was held October 25 at the Hoytsville LDS Cultural Cult-ural Hall at 7:00pm. The banquet has been sponsored by the three main banks in Summit County for quite a few years now. A very nice meal was prepared and served to over 100 leaders and their partners. A review was given by two families in the county who had a Japanese youth in their home this summer. There were humorous, sad and from-the-heart stories told and they were very interesting. interest-ing. Liz Gorham, a former home agent in Summit County, now a State Leader in Logan, attended and gave a real nice talk. Kathy Richins, a past home agent andFaye Boyer, present home agent were there. Also Mr. Reid Moore, past County Agent for many years, brought back many memories of the past. All Stephens, present County Agent, and Sharlene Ander-ton. Ander-ton. President of the 4-H County Council, was in charge of the program. A very: pleasant evening was had for all who attended. Plans for the 4-H Western Forum to behekLat Hotel Utah in April are underway. Hopefully all leaders will plan to attend this conference confer-ence with other leaders from 13 western states. Utah 4-H Leaders will host the Convention Con-vention for 1980. |
