Show Law Agencies Keep Busy Fred K. Sar geant, Salt Lake City, Utah, received a sentence of from one to ten years in District Court on a charge of Rape. Hendricks, Hen-dricks, 20, 1223 Victoria Drive, Salt Lake City was cited for driving under the influence. The Salt Lake man was headed North on U-150, near Bear River Service Station, when the car he was driving collided head-on with one being be-ing driven by Beverly Pagett, 19, 112 Center St., Apt. 2, Evanston, Wyoming. Mrs. Pagett's 15-month-old baby was uninjured. She sustained a broken leg, cuts, bruises and facial lacerations. lac-erations. The Wyoming resident was taken to Evanston Memorial Hospital for treatment. Judge Reed Warner set bail at $300 on Hendricks. |
