That Charles Peterson Whlttenberg. 37 ycarR oil. died from the effects of organic heart j disease, probablv caused by excessive cigarette smoking, was the opinion of Dr. H. B. Spraguo given out Wednesday Wednes-day night, following a post-mortem ex- , amlnation over Whlttenborg's body. Whlttenberg. who had had considerable consider-able trouble with his heart, fell dead as he stepped vpon the porch of his mother's residence. 515 Sixth avenue, about 11:30 o'clock Tuesday night.
