NOTICE TO WATER USERS. St-uo Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, I'toh. October 6. 1910. Notice Is hereby given thnt W. P. Foster, whose post office address Is Ogden. Utah, has made application In accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Com-piled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate one (1) cubic foot per second of water from springs in Weber We-ber county, Utah Said springs arc situated at a point which lies 2S5 feet north and 425 feet west of the north west corner of Section 23, Township C north, Range 1 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. Tht water will be dl verted at the place where It Issues from said springs and conveyed by means of a pipe line for a distance of 2,500 feet and there used during the period from January 1 to December 31, Inclusive, of each year, for d uiestlc and municipal purposes. This application Is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 3204. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate anil filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of tho publication of this r.otlcc.
