Roj lance's Invitation to hold the- Btato convention at Prove Pro-ve had boon accepted and tbe date-September date-September 15, decided upon. It was concluded to placo a full ticket lu the field, headed by a candidate for United States senator. It waa resolved resolv-ed "that wc recommend the nomination nomina-tion of a candidate for United States Benator In convention or by such other oth-er method as the convention in Its wisdom may determine." Urge County Convention. State Chairman Samuel A. Kin? declared de-clared that he would send out his calls to the county chairman of every ev-ery district In tho state urging the Immediate Im-mediate holding of county conventions conven-tions to name' delegates to the state convention at Provo, About 630 delegates dele-gates are expected at the state convention, con-vention, that being oDe delegate for every SO votes eaat two years ago for J. W. Knight for governor.
