A suspended suspend-ed sentence of twenty days was meted out to Mrs. Iandsey," who appeared to be the aggressor in the fiasco, and the other woman was allowed to go. She considers thft Smith woman in the light of a rival and a number of quarrels and fistic encounters encoun-ters have taken place when tho women wo-men have been unfortunate enough to meet. Judge J. D. Murphy gave both women wo-men warning not to engage in any further altercations ani he placed tho suspended sentence on tho more aggressive ag-gressive of tho two as a H irther precaution pre-caution that s.he start no -trouble in tho future. |
