BUILDING UP OF OGDEN. Ogden is going ahead, advancing more rapidly than any other city in this region. This is all due to the absence of any boom hysteria hys-teria in the past two or three years, while booms were popular. Ogden is building substantially and not beyond the actual demands de-mands of business. There is no inflation and no effort at a false growth. The city is enjoying an expansion in proportion to the industrial in-dustrial prospects, based on the resources of this section. While some cities of greater pretensions are slipping backward, after a period of booming, Ogdcn is laying the foundation for an advancement ad-vancement unequaled in its history, and, in acknowledgment of the merit of that progress, other less progressive cities arc beginning to contribute to this city's activity.
