Show W.R.WHITE'S WILL FILED FORPROBATE Wallace R. While's trill, tccompan-iel tccompan-iel by the petition of Mrs. White, toe executrix, for letters testamentary, was filed for probate Ik the district court Monday. The petition shows personal and real property valued at close to $5,000, practically all of which goes to the widow. Bequests of $25 and $50 respectively are made to the testator's father, D. N". White, and Mrs. Helen B. Reed, but the will was made at Ogden March I, 1S90, when the testator was only 40 years old. and both tho a"uoe beneficiaries are dead. A brother. W. W. White. Is be-queaihed be-queaihed $25. and a' sister, Mrs. Ella A. Small of Belfast. Me., J2.n for board, with $1 additional, and Alice S. White Is given $1 with the request, of the widow to take good care of her and the testator's mother-in-law.
