Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. City, Utah. July 14, 1910. State Engineer's OlUce, Salto Lake City, July 14, 1910. Notice la hereby given that H. J. Craven, whose postofTlcc address Is Ogden, Utah, has mado application in accordance with the requirements of tho Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Sessions Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate twenty (20) cubic-feet per second of water Irom the North Branch of the South Fork of Ogden River, Weber County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which bearB north 11 degrees de-grees west 2.200 feet from tho south quarter corner of Section 23, Township 7, north, Range 3 east. Salt Lake base nud meridian, from where It will he conveyed by means of a pipe lino for a distance of 12,500 feet and there used during the period from January 1 to December 31, Inclusive, of each year, to develop power for the rur-lo8e rur-lo8e of electric lighting and propelling propel-ling machinery at Ogden, Utah. Iu ndditlon to the quantity of water above specified, applicant Intends to appropriate twenty (20) acre-feet of water which will be stored during tho period from" January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, in a reservoir re-servoir embraced in Section 23. Township Town-ship 7 north. Range 3 east. Salt Lake !ase of meridian. The water eo stored will be released whenever needed during tho entire year at the point above described end conveyed by means of a pipe line for a dls lanco of 12,500 feet and used in connection with the twenty (20) ciililc-feeL After having been so diverted di-verted and used, the water will be returned to the natural channel of the stieam, at a point which bears north 59 degrees, 54 minutes west 2,810 feet from the southeast corner of Section 34.
