As a prelude to the special session ol the state legislature, leg-islature, which convened at noon today, to-day, a caucus by the Democratic members mem-bers of the senate appears to be the real issue. The Democrats, who are In control, are divided as to the wisdom wis-dom of the special session, called by Governor Sbafroth, In the hope of redeeming re-deeming seven pre-election pledges.
