Show BOY THROWN FROM HIS BICYCLE "Willie" Price, a messenger boy, r reived a heavy fall from a blccl ? Ibis morning at the corner of Washington Wash-ington avenue and Twenty-fifth ttreel which reuderel him unconscious for a time and It wa thought that the boy was seriously injured. lie was riding his wheel alons Twenty fifth street, when at a point near the Intersection of Washington avenue, he ran into a two-wheeled cart driven by an unknown man. The impact was great and "Willie" was thrown from his wheel upon the pavement, pave-ment, striking the two-wheeled vehicle ve-hicle as he fell beodlong. He struck the pavement with the right. side of blr head and fnc and was picked up in an unconscious condition. A little water was brought from tile fountain near by and the boy soon recovered. The result of the fall was a bruised head and contusions on the tide of the head, over the right eye. The boy said be was to blame for ine accident, for he was riding care-lersly care-lersly nnJ did not notice the rig in i;ont of him. He came in contact with the vehicle from the rear end oiid the man driving it did not see the boy until after the accident. |
