Mason wrote a letter to the woman, and when he was removed remov-ed to the emergency hospital a returned re-turned telegram was found In his pocket from tho Western Union, which stated that his telegram to ?1rs. Gleason, dated Monday, was not delivered for the reason that the party was unknown in Tonopah. It is believed by his associates that the woman hn I jilted him and, brooding c.cr his disappointment in the love affair, he derided to end his life. Mason Is about twenty-six years of axe and was employed as a driver fur the Kimball Van & Storage company, com-pany, where he has b"en employed lor a year past.
