Show JURY FINDS HIM NOT GUILTY After five hours' deliberation, the jury in the case of David McCullough, the colored man tried in the district court on the charge of assault with deadly weapons, returne-d a verdict late this afternoon of not guilty. The case waa bitterly fought by both the state and tho defense, and it was uncertain un-certain as to what the Jury would do. The rtate claimed that McCullough. on the 24 th day of last May, without any provocation, fired on Lewis W. Rtrothers, another colored man, with a 08-ealiber revolver.
