Show NEW BUILDISGS BEI1 RUSHED The second floor of the new business busi-ness block of David Maule on Twenty-fifth Twenty-fifth street, near Lincoln avenue, Is being laid ly the carpenters today, and within the next twenty-four hours the masons will be busllj engaged extending ex-tending the walls to the top of the third story. It is calculated that with in tho ne.xt three weeks the roof will be in place, and the carpenter work begun on the Interior. When completed com-pleted this building will have cost about $l5.ooo. The basement and walls of the new Lyceum theater on Twenty-fifth sheet near Grant avenue, that is being built by the Georuo E. Maule estate, are taking definite form, the contractors reporting that the building Is going along nicely. The girders for the floor are being placed by the carpeu-ters carpeu-ters and the floor for the dressing room, underneath the stage, is being put in place. It Is anticipated that the new theater will be ready for use not later than September 18th. |
