Show ell's action was the alleged fact that the Shupe-Wllllams Candy company has a large stock of fireworks and other oth-er Fourth of July explosives, which A petition was received from the company setting forth the facts regarding re-garding tho stock on hand and after a brief discussion Councilman Flygare moved that fireworks be allowed anywhere any-where outside tho fire limits. Coun oilman Austin stated that he was outside the fire limits but that he preferred that certain places be dc- slgnated where fireworks might he bhot with safety and amended to have the matter referred to tho mayor and fire committee.
