Show LABOR UNIONS ARE BOYCOTTING BALL GAMES Washington, May 16. A boycott is cutting down to a slight extent the attendance at-tendance upon the Washington-Cleveland series f ball games now being played here. About 200 men, it Is said, members of the local labor unions, un-ions, were turned back near the gale Saturday by pickets who had been established es-tablished there to Intercept any union men who might bo on their way to see the game. The grievance consists of the alleged fact that the owners of the Cleveland team employed non-union labor In the construction of their new park In that city. |
