ASSAULT AND BATTERY CASE In the case of the city against Harry Har-ry Kammeyer and Iko Dolllcah, charged charg-ed with assault and battery, alleged to have been committed on Roy and Vernal Sorensen, May 10th, which rame un for hearing Saturday in police po-lice court, but was continued until thla morning, Ihe court dismissed the ac-tlon ac-tlon against Dollicah, it appearing that he is under sixteen years of age. Tentlmony was heard against Kammeyer, Kam-meyer, the court rendering a verdict of not guilty. The evidence before the court showed that the Sorensen boys on the day In question were found by Mr. Kammeyer taking "beansilcks' frorn his premises and that he had made them return the same, the boys saying he kicked and struck them and otherwise abused them. Th" defendant denied that he struck the boya or assaulted them In any way.
