Ed Miller and Ed Spencer, who pleaded not guilty to the charge of vagrancy, appeared before the court this morning and 6tated that thev desired de-sired to change their plea to that of Kullty. They were permitted to do so and the court sentenced them to pay a fine of $10 or spend ten day.- In the city Jail. John Wilson, accused of mendicancy pleaded not guilty and the city introduced intro-duced testimony in the case, Assistant Assist-ant City Attorney Judge J. G.
