FORGERY CASE IS POSTPONED The case of the stale of ttah vs. Ileury Roberts, charged with forgery, was called for preliminary hearing before Judxo Murphy this morning, but the hearing was continued until such time as the attorney for the defendant de-fendant mar be present t conduct the case for Mr, Roberts. In the meantime, the defendant will be held under a bond of $500. The defendant Is charged with forging forg-ing the name of Arthur V. Kanatsher to a time check Issued by the Southern South-ern Pacific railway, lnrch 23, the 'amount of the check being $72.09.
