Regardless of ihe fact that "St. El- mo" has been presented In Ogden many times of late, yet there was a pleased audience at ihe Ogdeu theater last night to witness the production by tbe Alcazar Touring company, under un-der the direction of Frank Belasco of I-os Angeles. The production was magnificently staged with msny special spe-cial effects The compan yls a capable capa-ble one. Charles E Gunn's portrayal of th title, role was the best that has been seen in Ogden. His work was that of the finished product and not of the rough kind that Is found doing "St Elmo- in slock. Geida Nelson, as Edna Earl, the blacksmith's daughter, was pleasing and well sustained. Georgia Wood-thorpe, Wood-thorpe, Nina Burton.
