Vtah, has made application In .accordance with the requirements nf the Compiled Iaws of Vtah, 1907. as amende!.1 by th Session Laws of Utah, lOiip, to appropriate twenty (20) cubic cu-bic fef t por second of water from the Left Hand Fork of South Fork of Ogden Og-den River, Weber County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which le;:rs north 1 degree, west 2.000 feet from the south quarter corner of Section Sec-tion 23. Township 7 north. Rango 3 ast. Salt Lake base nnd meridian, f'om where it will ne conveyed by means of a pipe line for a distance of approximately 15,000 feet and there iifed from January l to December 31, inclusive, of each year, to develop power for the purpose of electric lighting light-ing and propelling machinery " in Ogden Og-den and Slt I,ake City, Utah.
