A heavy green plush curtain used as a background was brought out prominentias promi-nentias were the tints the light made on the folds. Mr. Young held In lm hand a highly colored theater program end each color was brought out per-teclly. per-teclly. The flesh tints of tho face were also perfect Tho secret of the process lies in the sensitizing of the plates. Potato starch grains are used In the process. They are In three colors, and laid it-, a perfectly even layer on tho plate. So fine are they that 5.200,000 will make only one layer on a square lncn of space It took three years to perfect per-fect a machine that will distribute tho grains perfectly. The demonstrators demonstra-tors have taken a number of pictures of Salt Lake subjects, which are sliown in natural colors on the screen in the theater.
