Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State Engineer's office, Salt Lake City, Utah, February 23, 1909. Notice Is hereby given that Charles E. Smith, whose postofllcc address is Ogden, Utah, haa made application 'in accordance with the requirements of of Chapter 103, Session Laws of Utah. 1905. as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1907, to approprlato one-tenth (1-10) of a cubic-foot per second or water from a spring in Weber County, Utah Said spring Is situated at a point Avhich lies 500 feet north and 320 feet west of the center of Section 22, Township Town-ship 6 north, Range 1 west. Salt Lake base and meridian. Said water will be diverted at the point whero It Issues Is-sues from said spring and conveyed by means of a pipe line for a dlstanco oC C50 feet and there used from Janu- I ary 1 to December 31, Inclusive, or each year, for domestic purposes. ThlJ application Is deslgnatod in the Stato Engineer's office as No. 2106. All protests agaln6t tho granting of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed In thla office- within thirty (30) days after tho complotlon of the publication of this notice.
