Five prisoners were arraigned. In the case of the Stato of Utah against Francis Joseph and Felix Weaver, charged with burglary In robbing rob-bing a Southern Pacific car on March 9, both prisoners pleaded guilty and will be sentenced Monday. In the case of the state against John Martin and Jeorge Fitzgerald, charged with robbing the Upp Jewelry store last we?k. both men pleaded guilty and will recelvp sentence Monday. In the case of the state against Daniel Dan-iel McVeigh, charged with breaking Into and robbing a Rio Grande boxcar, the prisoner pleaded not guilty and was committed for trial. |
