The body will be held until a reasonable reason-able time has been given to learn something of the family and friends i ot the deceased, after which it will be ' burled in the potter's field if there Is no claimant for the remains. The man was taken to the station ' at 11:16 in the forenoon, so he was 1 Just twelve hours in the city ba6tlle when death claimed him. The body is now lying at Rtahey's undertaking es- i tabllshment on Washington avenue, j between Twenty-fifth and Twenty- j sixth streets, where It may be viewed by those who know anything about tho man. It is the opinion of the officers , that the excessive use of liquor was j the cause of death. |
