Utah, 1915. j The undersigned treasurer of gd -n 1 City, Utah, hereby gives notice that u special tax for the purpose of paying tho costs of building paving, grad-' grad-' ing. constructing curbs gutters, culverts, cul-verts, sidewalks. storm sewers. Irrigation Ir-rigation and drainags systems, drlvo-ways. drlvo-ways. and extending water and sewer service connections from tho mulns to tho back of tho curb lines. I together with all other things necessary I to do and to fully complete said work on the wtrects opposite the property hereinbefore here-inbefore and hereinafter described to tie especially affected and benefited by said mil.provc-ir.ent in Ogden City. Utah, has been levied and confirmed by an ordinance ordi-nance Of the board of commissioners of 'gden City, Utah, adopted and passed October 30. 1922, and published OcL 31, li22. i Said special tax ls levied, upon all I property abutting on the foUowlng street. . to-wlt: Both sides of Adams avenue between TwantJ -second and Twenty-fourth ' streets, both sides of Twenty-second , street between Adams and Jefferson ave-I ave-I nues, and both sides of Twenty-third street between Adams and Jeffereon i avonues tn hereby created a paving dls-I dls-I trlet and named l aving District No. 138; I more particularly described as follows lirts of lots, blocks, pieces of land and real estate abutting upon or adjacent ad-jacent thereto and extending back fifty feet therefrom on both sides of all of , the above listed streets In Paving District Dis-trict No. 138. being lots 5 to 10 both Inclusive, block 30; lots L 7. 8, 9 and 10, , block 31. lots 1 and 10. block 40- lots 1 to 7 both Inclusive, block 41, an.d Iota 1 to a both Inclusive, block 44; oil of 1 tho abovo being in Plat "A", Ogden City Survey. Each of said Installments draws Interest In-terest at the rate of six per cent pr-r annul from tho 31st day of October til until tit ilnquont, and If .said tax or unv Initallmetu thereof shall remain unpaid un-paid after tho delinquency of the 6ame; ' Interest thereon thereafter will bo at the rato of 12 per cent per annum until such assessments are fully paid.
