Remio Hodell Tho aged defendant was visibly affected af-fected when the rdlct was read but de lined to make a statement. She is to b sentenced by Judge Joseph Barton Bar-ton on December 11, along with her daughter. Meda Hodell, who was con-, leted three weeks ago of slaying her father-in-law, David Hodell. a charge of murder ponding against the daughter for the death of the younger Hodell, will not be prosecuted. prosecut-ed.
