Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL. TAX AND DELINQUENCY DE-LINQUENCY OF SAME. To whom 11 may concern t'nder authority of Section 27S of tho I omplled of r ah. 1907. and as directed by Section li3C of the Revised Ordinances of Ogden City, Utah, 1910. The undersigned treasurer of Ogden City, Utah, hereby gives notice that a special tax for the purpose of paying the costs of building paving, grading, grad-ing, constructing curbs, gutters, culverts, cul-verts, sldewtilks. Storm sewers. irrigation ir-rigation and dralnags systems, driveways, drive-ways, and extending water and sewer service connections from the mains to the back of the curb lines, together with all other things necessary to do and to fully complete said worK on the streets opposite the property hereinbefore here-inbefore and hereinafter described to be especially affected and benefited by said Improvement in Ogden City. Utah, has iieen levied and confirmed by an ordinance ordi-nance of the board of commissioners of Ogden Cit., Cab. adopted and passed October SO. 192.r and published Oct. 31, iy22 Saul snecial tax Is levied upon all property abutting on tho following street, lo-wlt: Both sides of Adams avenue between Twenty-Second and Twenty-fourth streets, both sides of Twentv -second street between Adams and Jefferson ac-nucs. ac-nucs. and both sides of Twenty-third street between Adam.i and Jeffers in avenues Is hereby created a paving district dis-trict unci named Paving District No. 13S; III.
