The reparations commission decided Tuesday to relieve the German crisis to the extent of redu ing the monthly installment of 60 000.000 gold marks, due next Saturday on the schedule of payment, to 32,000,000 gold marks Germany had announced her wllllng-tac-BS to pay the whole amount, but the commission ruled that !n view of this crisis the smaller figure was all that j would be required.
