K ieiser, at I Jefferson ;.- nue and Twenty-fifth street, charged with having liquor in their possession, was set by Judge J. G. Willis in the city court this morning, morn-ing, for July 11 n motion of Assistant Assist-ant Citv Attorney S. C. Powell, tho complaint was amended to give the correct names of the men, which were set down as follows- K( Smyth, alias I E A. Wilson. C L' Parley, alias Joe' Powers and James Howard. I |
