The death of the Nebraska congressman occurred at Garfield hospital here and resulted from u complication of diseases from 4rhich he had been ill .since early in May. Kuneral services will be held at O'Neill. Neb., hit home Mr. Kinkald, who would have completed com-pleted "6 years of continuous service In the house next March, recently announced an-nounced that he would not seek reelection re-election He was chairman of th committee on Irrigation of arid lands and author of the Kinkead homestead act.
