MEMBERS FIGHT IN LOUISIANA HOUSE BATON ROUGE. La., July 6. The Louisiana house of representatives was thrown into an uproar today by a fist fight on the floor of the chamber cham-ber between Senator J. O. Stewart, of Lake Charles, and Representative F. C.
