NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS. Sealed bids will bo received by tho Board of Education of Ogdcn City at Room 30S, Colonel Hudson Building. Ogden, Og-den, Utah, until eight o'clock Friday, April 30, 1920, for labor and materials In connection con-nection with plumbing, heating, ventilating ventilat-ing and vacuum cleaning systems required re-quired for a part of tho Washington school, whlcn the said board proposes to erect In Ogdcn. Utah. Two scparato bids are requested: 1 For plumbing. 2 For heating uystem. ventilating" system sys-tem and vacuum cleaning systom. For plans, tho bidflcrs are referred to the office of Hodgson and McClcnahan, Architects, at S29 Eccles ICdg., Ogdcn. Utah, under whose' direction all required labor and materials must be furnished and applied. A deposit will bo required to obtain plans, which will be refunded upon return of same. Tho board leacrvcs the right lo reject any or all bids. A certified check made payable to said board, for a sum of money not less than five per cent of tho amount of the bid must accompany eavh bid, and the check of any succcsslul bidder snail bo forfeited In case ho falls or rofusos to enter into the ncssoasary contract and furnish a bond required by the board. Tho contract shall contain, among oiher things, a stipulation that at least twenty per cent of the controct price may bo withhold until tho work in each contract Is completed and accepted by the board.
