The Ch'icago, St. Paul and Omaha railroad had a net Income of $4,732,398.09 during dur-ing 191S and 1919, the period of federal fed-eral control, according to the thirty-eighth thirty-eighth annual report of the road, compiled com-piled by James T. Clark, president, and made public yesterday. Figures for January and February of this year when the road also was under federal control, are not included. Dividends paid on stock were 715,986 for each of the two years leaving leav-ing a balance of $1,350,926.09 in the net income. The compensation paid by the government for tb.e least of the road was ?9.869.579.02 for tho two years, the report says.
