Mrs. Dickman is now m Cologne and will -visit England. In that country she will be known as Lauy Dickman. an honor bestowed on fl but few American women. The following general officers of the American army were made knight commanders of the Order of St Michael and St. George: Brigadier-General Brigadier-General George Bell.
