Show UVJ Irrigation Congress Will Open Meetings at ; ! jFederal Building The opening session of the Utah Ir- . rjgation and Drainage Congress will be held tomorrow morning at the federal building. J. L. Robson, member of tho district committee, has urged all persons per-sons Interested in agricultural development devel-opment to attend. He states that there -are many In Weber county who do not have definite knowledge of what an Irrigation project means to the county. Speakers of national roputo will be , at the conference during Its five sessions, ses-sions, It is reported, and practically every phase of irrigation and drninage will be thoroughly covered. The congress con-gress will be of two days' duration. Dr. Samuel Forller, chief of the irrigation ir-rigation division of tlieUnltcd States department of agriculture, will bo ouo of t)i? speakers of the congress. Professor Pro-fessor Frank Adams of tho University of California, will also be present. A number of Utah speakers of note will also be at the meeting. State Engineer George McGonagle, L. M. Wlnsor, Irrigation Irri-gation expert of the department of agriculture, ag-riculture, J. L.
