In every instance, the enumerators report, this condition ! was due to lack of proper housing facilities fac-ilities in this city. Because of this condition, Ogden has lost hundreds of names in the census record, which un-,der un-,der ordinary conditions would1 havo jbeen accredited to her, it was slated.
