Wednesday Feb. 4 There is no doubt, according to newspapers here, that the national assembly at its meeting to be held March 1. will declare de-clare itself in favor of a monarchy in Hungary. There are five pretenders to the throne. They are Prince Louis Wind-isch-Gratz, who is supported by Premier Pre-mier Huzzar, and several members of the Friedrich government; former Emperor Em-peror Charles, who never abdicated as king of Hungary, and who is supported by a party which calls itself the'Megit-imisl;" the'Megit-imisl;" Count Andrassy, who is urged by Admiral Horthy, head of the new Hungarian army, and Hungarian delegates dele-gates to the peace conference; Archduke Arch-duke Joseph, the Clerical candidate, and Prince Cyril of Bulgaria, who, if i chosen, will, it is said, marry one of!
