Borich, an Austrian Austri-an ears of age. insists that he was aetm under the directions of a man by the name or John Green, who. he says, promised him a lot of money ;)s his share of Insurance to be collected on the life ol M i Adkins if he follow -ed instructions. He insists that Green gave him the raljroad tickets with vhich he and Mrs. Adkins went to Tooele, that Green met them again on the station platform at Tooele and save instructions for the slaying, gave him a drink of some fiery liquor out ol a bottle and that Green was even at hand when the killing was done, teiiinp him to run after he, Borich, had strangled her. |
